Problem: A major Canadian Telecommunications Carrier company needed focused supplemental content for an Avaya CCR Application. They were implementing an Avaya IP Office solution but needed additional understanding of the functions and capabilities in IP Office.
Solution: To meet their instructional needs, the company needed a custom curriculum including an IP Office Advanced Configuration Application Workshop training course and a one day add-on covering the Avaya CCR Server Reporting application. They also implemented onsite classroom instruction and connected to a remote lab facility to conduct structured lab overviews. The instructor was able to utilize the remote servers/ labs to demonstrate the features and functionality of the Avaya CCR Application.
Outcome: With the elevated understanding gained from the training curriculum, the 27 telecommunication technicians who completed training were able to implement the project successfully and have been maintaining Customer Systems based on the training delivered.
